Roger Mullender LLB (Hons) Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Criminal)

Roger Mullender qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and practised Criminal and Family Law in London before taking over the firm in 2002. He has overall responsibility for the management of the practice, its staff and maintaining the high standards of service delivered to clients.

He is an accredited court and police station duty solicitor and has a wealth of experience in representing clients accused of all manner of offences including murder, large scale drugs importation, sexual offences, serious violence, internet crime and customs and excise cases.

Roger has successfully represented clients prosecuted by the Serious Fraud office on lengthy and complex international cases.

He also specialises in Court Martial work and has represented military personnel accused of serious offences both in the UK and in Europe.

Roger is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and regularly represents clients at Crown Courts as well as Magistrates Courts and in Police Stations. He believes that as well as providing clear, focused advice it is important to build a good working relationship with clients and receives many personal referrals and represents clients in complex matters across the country.
