Claire Gallagher

Claire Gallagher qualified as a Solicitor in 1995, having successfully completed a European Law degree at the University of Warwick and Law Society Finals at Guildford College of Law. She has a wealth of litigation experience and is a highly regarded litigator. Claire is renowned for her first class preparation of cases and has achieved many successes in difficult and complex cases.

She has also been credited with much success in representing victims and families involved in the Criminal Justice System to protect and advance their rights. Claire has developed a niche practice advising on the variation and discharge of SOPO’s.and SHPO’s. Claire also has particular expertise is providing practical and knowledgeable advice and successful representation in all areas of Driving law including speeding, the avoidance of disqualification, Dangerous and Careless Driving, Drink driving offences and Failing to Stop after an accident.

Claire's other areas of practice include general Litigation and Employment Law. Claire has also developed her practice in services for the elderly including Lasting Powers of Attorney.
